Polkadot Watchdogs Governance Monthly Incentive Referendum #1 - VOTE NAY

Interoperability is important for Polkadot, and it lets different things work together. Polkadot can move things called "fungible assets" between different parts, but it needs to be able to move special things called "NFTs" too. NFTs are like digital art or collectibles that are unique and can't be replaced.

A team called Unique Network has been working on a way to move NFTs between different parts of Polkadot since January 2023. They talked to many people and groups to create a plan and proof of concept. They want to make sure everyone agrees on how to do this and they need help from other parts of the system.
