Thank you for your work.

The problem is that there is inaccurate information because you are entering the data manually. For example, the curators are receiving around $1,200 for Moderation Bounty instead of the $135 you mention, and the list of current curators is not updated. This is just one example, but there are more.

On the other hand, I have noticed that some members are participating in five bounties, which suggests a certain level of concentration.

Does anyone know why these curators charge such high amounts?
Community Events: $4,000 per month per curator
Polkadot Assurance Legion Bounty: $3,000 per month per curator.
Marketing Bounty: €3,925–€14,700 per month per curator.

It would also be interesting to know whether these curators keep the payments or sell them.

I would like to use this opportunity to highlight what goes on in the creation of the HR databases and showcase what is involved concretely, and why this info is valuable.

But this is an incorrect reading of the data presented.

The Bounties HR entry is about the **curation team** behind the Moderation bounty, it is not about moderators.

1) Michalis is indeed a curator for the Moderation bounty, though he is not paid.

2) The two moderator-curators are paid $1535 for both their moderation and curation duties, which is $135 (i.e. $1535 - $1400 = $135) more than standard moderators. But since the bounties HR database is only concerned about curators’ paychecks, the value of $135 was retained as the data to enter in **this specific database**.

You also said “this is just one example, but there are more.” However, the 2 times I have had such comments, it turned out that it was just a misunderstanding from the readers. I have drawn the lessons from these occurrences in [this forum post](https://forum.polkadot.network/t/devrel-hr-teams-programs-costs-tenure-and-status/13095/6). Please give it a read and let me know if that is something that could help you and others make better sense of what OpenGov HR is and does.

I support this TIP and the current work. Even working now fulltime since one year in this ecosystem, I often have to ask around for the right contact and search through OpenGov. Now the registry is now at my top bookmarks!

Although the data is manually compiled by a single person, I still find it quite helpful—at least for me personally. It clearly shows which Bounties exist in the ecosystem, who the curators are, and what their compensation is. It also includes an overview of existing DevRel agents across the ecosystem. Overall, I believe this information provides value and is worth supporting with a tip!

I will continue to optimise the data and presentation of OpenGov HR on a weekly basis to ensure that they remain up-to-date for visitors and users. 

That said, more input from the projects themselves would help speed up the current cadence, so that a comprehensive HR directory is available to inform/support ecosystem teams BEFORE [Solidity smart contracts](https://forum.polkadot.network/t/major-milestone-for-solidity-smart-contracts-first-part-of-the-preview-release-now-live-on-kusama/13506) go live on Polkadot later this year.

This is a funding request for a structured record of treasury-funded DevRel teams and costs across the Polkadot ecosystem. The work is already done. It’s hosted on OpenGov HR, and the deliverable helps bring visibility and accountability to ecosystem spending—something the community sorely needs more of.  While one of our DAO flagged the possibility of AI automating this and more in the future, that doesn’t diminish the value of the work already completed.  A small, justified request with tangible output.

Indeed, these databases are only proposed as a medium term solution to facilitate HR coordination in the ecosystem, in anticipation for the launch of Polkadot Hub.

I am aware that there are at least 3 different projects looking to use AI to improve OpenGov for users/participants, but I am yet to come across any proposal specifically focused on HR (aka the people) itself as opposed to Operations (aka the processes). 

Still, I am hoping that this (approved) Big tipper referendum will signal to competent builders that there is an opportunity here to build a long-lasting valuable product for the ecosystem and the industry at large.
