I would love to understand the rationale behind the current **NAY** voters - if it wasn't already clear enough, this request is for delivery of pre-approved milestones under gov1. imo it sends a really bad message if we start breaking these social contracts and not rewarding teams who are delivering on agreed tasks.

People vote NAY because they see this proposal as a waste of money. And it probably is.

There were few hundred people visiting yieldbay, but we don't know if even a single person used the service. 

A yield aggregator should be a product that makes money with customers, not via the treasury. (treasury should be for infrastructure / proof of concept stuff).

Many people voting NAY never approved the gov1 proposal and don't feel bound by the previous decision.
