Dear council,

I am proposing a tip to Kami (@nick1979:matrix.org) for a very clever modification of the Polkadot.JS browser extension entitled [Polkadot.JS+](https://github.com/Nick-1979/polkadot-Js-Plus-extension). The extension offers additional functionality in the areas of transfers, crowdloans, account management and staking.
