I am proposing a tip for DotScanner.com to cover the costs of Feb 2022 for hosting the explorer (last one to cover Jan 2022 was proposed on [Kusama](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/tip/0x86765d7db5de9b57cb198064af8f43f2276dae21455d369337573fe67a22861a)). We are monitoring this on a monthly basis for now since the team is adding new features monthly that increase the monthly cost of hosting - hence the monthly coverage for now.

The reason we decided with the team in opening a tip instead is solely due to the fact the amount is so small it does not make sense to go through a motion process to execute this.

The request is for 40.5 Dot at $19 USD.
