Motion 341 was a proposal submitted with the goal to fund the continued production of RMRK Substrate pallets: adaptable to the entire ecosystem. As it is accustomed with treasury proposals higher than 500k USD, this was submitted as an external motion, to be voted by the Council and after in referenda queue by the community for the final decision.
The Council failed to pass the motion, and we suggested to the team to submit this as a public proposal to put it up for vote by the community. The team requested to withdraw their application. This tip aims to return the 500 DOTS deposit for the submission proposal to the team to after reject the treasury proposal and slash the deposit.
