I am proposing a tip for DotScanner.com to cover the costs of April 2022 for hosting the explorer (last one to cover march 2022 was proposed on [Kusama](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/tip/0x5ef048e910f1b1fbe8887aa399f265da975e400c509d54c942d90c58af33b6d2)). We are monitoring this on a monthly basis for now since the team is adding new enhancements that increase the monthly cost of hosting - hence the monthly coverage for now.

The reason we decided with the team in opening a tip instead is solely due to the fact the amount is so small that it does not make sense to go through a motion process to execute this.

The request is for 50.25 DOT at $15.50 USD ([Subscan EMA30](https://polkadot.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=price)).
