Short description: This proposal aims to fund the development costs of integrating local coding environments to Dot Code School, improving the learning experience for developers who are new to the Polkadot SDK.

The goal is to make it easier for them to build a Real World Web3 Application by following along with the tutorials published on Dot Code School.

To facilitate a seamless transition from theory to practice, the implementation of a custom Git server with chapter-specific test suites is proposed, designed to emulate real world development.
