my proposal is currently failing. I would kindly ask “Nay” voters to provide me their feedback and reasons for rejecting my proposal, so that I can adjust my future proposal for a tip. Do you find the cost per video too high, is it the quality of the content or do you consider the reach of my videos low?
1) The price - by far the lowest proposed cost per video of all ecosystem video content creators.
2) Educational content explaining Polkadot’s technology & what makes Polkadot superior to other ecosystems.
3) Comparable reach/views on YT to 2 biggest Polkadot YT channels - The Kusamarian & KryptosChain.
4) I have already delivered 10 videos - asking for a retroactive tip.
Please provide me with some feedback, I am open to adjust my proposal.
To date I haven’t received any funds from the treasuries for my 2 years contribution to the Polkadot ecosystem.
This tip would allow me to remain an active contributor to the Polkadot ecosystem also in the future.

Hello, this is Max (Polkadot Ambassador & Cryptozilla YouTube channel) and this is my treasury proposal to request a tip (980 DOT) for the production of 25 English educational videos about the Polkadot ecosystem.
Cryptozilla YT Channel Introduction:
Over more than 2 years, I have released 233 English educational videos about Polkadot & Kusama, including more than 35 ecosystem dApps tutorials. All video content totalling over 30 hours. Thanks to my long-term effort to create quality video content about the Polkadot ecosystem, my YT channel has become one of the biggest channels focused on Polkadot. All my video content received more than 466,000 views to date (see KPIs in the full proposal).

The purpose of this proposal:
With this proposal I ask the Polkadot Treasury for a tip (980 DOT) for the production of 25 English educational videos. The proposal is partially retroactive, as 10 videos have already been delivered. The funds will also serve as a reward for the production of 15 more videos about Polkadot on my YT channel.
Requested DOT amount & video cost:
I set the cost of each video at $160, hence I ask for $4,000 worth of 980 DOT, with DOT price at $4.076, EMA7)

The remaining 15 videos will be delivered over the next 2 months (1-2 videos/week) and will include:

Why comparison videos:
Comparison videos have become an essential part of my video production. So far I have made 4 of them:
Polkadot vs Ethereum, Cosmos, Avalanche, Cardano.
I believe that comparing Polkadot with other ecosystems is one of the most efficient ways to introduce Polkadot also to other blockchain ecosystems communities. I am going to compare Polkadot with all the major ecosystems.
The vision of my YT channel:
The main focus of my channel will remain on producing detailed ecosystem dApps tutorials as well as to educate about Polkadot’s technology and its Web3 vision. I don’t do sponsored videos. The purpose of my channel is to educate about Polkadot and be viewed as a resource of trustworthy information about the Polkadot eco for the existing community as well as for newcomers to the Polkadot space.
