We stick to the descriptions of our initial roadmap. So far the design is still valid. However, based on our experience after M8.1 and M8.2 we must admit that we underestimated M8.3. Especially the test fixtures are more laborsome than we anticipated. We can still not use cargo test for our SGX enclave code, so we have to wrap everything with custom commands and mocking is only partially possible leading to more end2end tests which are harder to debug. Moreover, we became aware of #208 which needs to be fixed.
Our initial estimate for M8.3 was CHF 39'200.- but we have to adjust to 48'400 CHF (+23%).
We currently have 1.3 FTE reserved for this and intend to deliver within 9 weeks after this motion passes.
