SubSquare is a company that organized a virtual hackathon called Polkadot Hackathon Global Series: Europe Edition and an in-person event called dotSocial: Paris. They did this to bring people together and help more developers learn about Polkadot. They are asking for $55,234.38 USD to continue running these events. This is their second payment milestone. You can find more information about their proposal on their website.
