Dear Polkadot community and Councilors,
This proposal aims at claiming funding from the Polkadot Treasury for work that has been done in SubWallet's Milestone 3 in the period from June to September 2022.
SubWallet team started building in November 2021 and we have been very focused and building fast since then. We released the SubWallet extension version on all popular browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge) in February 2022 and SubWallet mobile app public testing phase in November 2022, and keep releasing our product updates on a bi-weekly basis.
SubWallet got Polkadot treasury proposals for Milestones 1 approved in July 2022 and Milestone 2 approved in September 2022. Below is a list of tractions and features we have completed after our Milestones 1 and Milestone 2:
As our vision is to become a Multiverse Gateway for the Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem that helps onboard more users to the ecosystem, we continue to add new features to SubWallet based on the development of the ecosystem and feedback/suggestions from our community.

SubWallet is a digital wallet that helps users manage their assets in the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems. The team has been building the wallet since November 2021 and has released versions for popular browsers and mobile devices. They have completed two milestones and are now proposing a third milestone to add new features to the wallet. The proposed features include support for Ledger and QR signers, in-app staking, XCM transfers, and more. The team has already completed many features and has a large user base from over 80 countries. They are working with over 70 teams in the ecosystem to improve the user experience. As of March 2023, SubWallet supports over 140 networks and 400 tokens, has over 43,000 installs on Chrome and Firefox, and has 8,500+ community members.
