One of the most important goals of parent bounty is to facilitate the collaborations between dotsama and developers.
The collaborations will happen mainly in the way of child bounties. A child bounty is created with a specified task, while developers can apply it with their polkadot keys. The child bounty curator will be in charge of assigning developers, reviewing submissions and doing final award.
