#3·Open HRMP Channel to Moonbeam (ParaID 2006)

This proposal requests governance approval to open a Horizontal Relay-routed Message Passing (HRMP) channel from LAOS to Moonbeam (ParaID 2006) to enable cross-chain transfer of LAOS tokens and other bidirectional communication.

⚠️ Important Note

This proposal only creates a one-directional channel request from LAOS to Moonbeam.
For bidirectional communication, Moonbeam’s governance must separately vote to accept this request and open the return channel (Moonbeam → LAOS). Both parachains’ approvals are required for full interoperability.
