This proposal requests approval to upgrade the LAOS Runtime from 2600 to 2700. This new release (2700) introduces several improvements and fixes, detailed below.

This upgrade enables the feature to open channels with chains like Hydration and Moonbeam.

This upgrade is essential to eventually be able to bring the LAOS token to the DEXs in Moonbeam and Hydration. I vote yes.

Hey all!
Just to give a bit more context on the upgrade: We're enabling local reserve transfers of $LAOS using the LAOS network as its own reserve, so we'd eventually be able to reach any chain that trust us as a reserve for our own token, namely Moonbeam and Hydration. Our objective right now is to reach out those parachains, so this upgrade is quite beneficial for LAOS
