### Short Description:
[UniversalDot Foundation](https://universaldot.foundation/) is building a decentralized freelancing application using Substrate. A Minimum Viable Product of the [application](https://app.universaldot.me/) has already been built by completing a [grant](https://github.com/w3f/Grants-Program/pull/714) from WEB3 Foundation. 

To continue the application's development and launch, we request additional Treasury funds.
