As a project that emerged from the Polkadot Hackathon organized by Oneblock, we strongly support Oneblock's proposal. The Oneblock Hackathon process is not just about submitting a project; it includes comprehensive mentor sessions, Q&A, one-on-one guidance, submission, review, and final evaluation. We can see that Oneblock is putting great effort into planning the hackathon. As a participating team, we not only enhanced our development skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the ecosystem.

We have always faced a challenge in that we use completely different social platforms in China, which prevents our contributions from being visible to the broader community. This issue has become more pronounced with the advent of OpenGov. However, this hackathon being held in Singapore and Thailand will facilitate deeper exchanges between Chinese and overseas developers. We are very excited about this hackathon and hope to see many excellent projects emerge.

I am Aki from the Crust community. Overall, I believe that hackathons are incredibly useful for expanding the Polkadot community. With more developers, we can achieve new progress and iterations. Hackathons not only attract more developers to join the Polkadot ecosystem but also inspire their innovative thinking, driving technological advancements and project iterations. Every successful hackathon is a grand event for technical exchange and collaboration, providing developers with a platform to showcase their talents and solve real-world problems. OneBlock+’s collaboration with Parity Asia has already proven their outstanding ability in organizing and promoting hackathons.

Especially in the APAC region, hosting such events is crucial for enhancing Polkadot’s visibility and influence. The planned hackathons in Singapore and Bangkok will not only seamlessly align with major industry conferences like Token2049 and Devcon but also further strengthen Polkadot’s technical community foundation in Asia. I firmly believe that through these efforts, we can attract more top talent and build a more prosperous and diverse Polkadot ecosystem together.

Therefore, I strongly support OneBlock+’s proposal and urge everyone to vote with Aye.
