Polkadot Head Ambassador Application: Leemo

Leemo is an OG in the space, and as he has stated in his "manifesto", he will act as an ambassador for Polkadot with or without the HA designation. Therefore I'd say, let's give him the official designation and the benefits that come with it -- It really is well deserved.
Aye to a true OG and Polkadot Agent with deep knowledge of the technicalities of Polkadot. Leemo is a great candidate, and his contributions to the ecosystem are invaluable.
Leemo very much spends his entire time in the Polkadot ecosystem(predominately governance) and has always been helpful to the community with any kind of inquires and updates.
Amongst other things, I would like to highlight his contributions to help set up proxies and push the community to use these in governance, regardless of how complex they are.
Leemo's breakdowns and short guides have helped countless newcomers inform themselves about Polkadot.
Besides being an insanely active member of the community, he is also a really kind lad, always ready to help anyone regardless of what he has on his plate.
Thank you Leemo for being part of this ecosystem and for inspiring me to stay in it when I almost left(I am sure there are more of us), I hope that one day we have an influx of people such as yourself. <3
