Canceling Remaining Auctions and Introducing New Ones

Executed

In recent developments of OpenGov, we have faced issues with the existing auction system, resulting in the failure of the auction due to BadOrigin. In response, referendum 53 has been proposed to address this problem and propose a new auction as an immediate solution.

On the other hand, to prevent further failures, this referendum proposes to reject the remaining at-risk current schedule and introduce new auctions for LP14 and LP15, in a similar way as the approved schedule by the community, to prevent future instances of BadOrigin.
