Due to the [issue](<https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/issues/3070>) discovered on Kusama with the v1.1.0 release, recommendation is to cancel/reject this referendum until a patch release with [the fix](<https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot-sdk/pull/3075>) is applied.
