Objectives:
Conduct a comprehensive search to identify seasoned professionals with a proven track record in business development, especially within the blockchain L1 and enterprise domains.
Implement a targeted recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber individuals who possess the expertise to secure big enterprise accounts and drive business development initiatives.
Ensure that recruited professionals embody the values and goals of PolkaDOT, effectively serving as ambassadors in negotiations with potential enterprise clients.
Prioritize candidates with experience in markets and industries that align with PolkaDot's growth strategy, fostering expansion into new and lucrative sectors.
Identify candidates capable of establishing enduring relationships with enterprise clients, creating mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the sustained growth of the PolkaDot ecosystem.
Execution Plan:
Collaborate with key stakeholders within PolkaDOT to understand specific skill sets, experience levels, and cultural fit requirements for potential candidates.

Cost:
Retainer Fee: $25,000 (Covered by this proposal)
Successful Engagement Fee: $25,000 per candidate (will be issued in separate proposal retroactively)
The success fee will be invoiced in a separate proposal upon the successful onboarding of each candidate.
This fee is applicable for each successful engagement, i.e., for each candidate who is selected and on-boarded by PolkaDOT. It compensates Blockchain Headhunter for their efforts in successfully identifying and securing top-tier Senior Business Development professionals.
Timeline
Blockchain Headhunter guarantees to deliver a shortlist of 10 candidates within 5 weeks of the receipt of retainer
As soon as qualified & motivated candidates are identified, they will be presented to PolkaDOT for review.
Regular feedback sessions with PolkaDOT to discuss presented candidates.
Iterative refinement of search criteria based on feedback.
Adjustments to the search strategy as needed.

It could be a good service but it's not a treasury proposal. In my opinion you should present this proposal to parachain teams/companies, or any other organization that works on Polkadot solutions and is looking for talent. Or you can propose to the treasury the development of a talent portal, or something similar. Nay for what it is now.
