This proposal is about getting money to help grow the Polkadot network in Nigeria. The people who made the proposal fixed a mistake in their budget and now they want to show how they have been working hard for Polkadot without any help. They did things like teaching people how to use Polkadot and making a special campaign to get more people to build things with it. They want to use the money to teach more people and show how Polkadot can be used to make new things. You can read more about their plan by clicking on the links they provided.
