Just so we are all on the same page... anyone can make this file using free code samples from around the web in minutes. You merely upload the logo file and bam.... it spins, like magic.

It is a dangerous precedent to set as a community to pay for work done retroactively, especially for something as simple as this, that is more of a passion project than a serious endeavor that will help move the needle in any measurable way. 

Next time ask for money ahead of time, so we can tell you then it is not going to be a good use of community funds.
