Helixstreet wholeheartedly endorses this proposal. Furthermore, we believe this measure should significantly enhance the opportunities for smaller, highly independent, and highly decentralised validators, such as ourselves, to participate and thrive.

It will be 400, all validators are also para validators on Polkadot.

This call increases the current set size from 297 to 400. It also increases the maximum number of validator candidates to 4000.
