It’s time for the Polkadot ecosystem to really launch the full-chain rocket

`The rationale for the 10% APY is to make it attractive for people to contribute their DOT to the LP, since the current staking reward on the relay chain was recently reduced to 8%.`

Maybe you meant the inflation rate, not staking rewards, as staking rewards are typically more than 8%. I’m skeptical about a long-term positive effect of such an initiative on Polkadot before the launch of Plaza.

Moonbeam and Astar constantly loose TVL despite having bridges to Eth and L2s.



The proposal aims to bring more BTC into Polkadot and intends to incentive two iBTC pools. iBTC is great, because it is truly decentralized, however incentivizing pools does not help, because the demand for iBTC is too high and there is no vault liquidity left to mint more iBTC. Therefore, for the the iBTC pools to work, we need to incentivize more vaults on Interlay as @spazecoin  had proposed in the past, but the ref was snipped in the last minute.

As much as we want to incentivize the whole eco, there is no meaning in incentivizing BTC on Stella, there is zero BTC liquidity there even with the ongoing Polkadot campaign. We should concentrate on Hydration.


Full support for this one. Also, there is already a precedent for incentives on Polkadot DeFi with Stellaswap and Hydration. 
Looking forward to incentivize the use of our native products to EVM compatible chains' users. Also, a good way to acquire users in a very direct and DeFi manner.

We propose that the Polkadot Treasury allocate 1,010,000 DOT (Pending total number) to launch a unified and comprehensive liquidity campaign supporting both Hyperbridge and Snowbridge by simultaneously incentivizing DOT liquidity in external ecosystems and Ethereum native assets in Polkadot-based DeFi protocols.
