Hia! I'd like to briefly introduce a few interesting early-stage projects I'm working with that seek grant funding and integration support valued at $30 to $200k. I'm hoping to get a few πππΎ thumbs-up/thumbs-down and some questions/comments to gauge the interest in the projects. That way, I can gauge better if it makes sense to bring a more detailed proposal to the ecosystem in the coming weeks, or not. π
The projects:
$30,000-$50,000: This gaming project is a unique community-centric EVM/NFT-based puzzle game reminiscent of Cicada 3301, boasting 13 unique puzzle NFTs and 13,000 "Clue" NFTs across different clans/types that encourages players to buy/trade Puzzles/Clues to ultimately solve the game and win a grand prize of $1,000,000. The puzzles cover various knowledge areas, and players can solve them individually or collaboratively. The game's structure includes a Dutch auction for NFT sales at launch, a fair-play mechanism introducing a 13th NFT, good user guides, and a dynamic scoreboard front-end to track game status. The project has completed development, including smart contracts, artwork, and minting infrastructure.
$100,000: Poised for a Q3 2024 release, this functionally complete Clash Royal-like F2P/P2E RTS card-based Tower Defense gaming project seeks a network partnership to support integration and deployment. Leveraging a unique blend of accessible blockchain and NFT technologies, this game offers potential partners the opportunity to provide the teamβs existing 50 million+ player base with unique features that not only enhance player engagement through innovative gameplay but also contribute to the growth of the underlying blockchain ecosystem, capitalizing on the project's potential for high user adoption and revenue generation.
$100,000: This project is a beautifully executed hybrid Sci-Fi fantasy game that blends card games, tower defense, and competitive gameplay elements. Game development started in 2021, with a complete web2-only version released in Q1 of 2022. They already boast over 3,000 daily users and nearly 150k matches played. The team is seeking a grant to support blockchain integration to support adding unique web3 features, including unique digital collectibles, a new play-to-earn mechanism, and more.
$50,000: With a strong community, NFT rentals and loans, NFT post-mint utilities already live and deployed on multiple top-tier EVM networks, this NFT infrastructure project is looking for additional networks to integrate its' cross-chain composable NFT protocols and tools. The team has introduced a new ERC standard for conditional NFT ownership transfers. It has launched peer-to-peer NFT-backed rentals and loans, trial/ephemeral NFTs, and a utility portal for expanding NFT experiences. The project emphasizes community engagement, aiming to attract retail investors by providing secure, innovative NFT functionalities without compromising asset security, fostering a more vibrant and participatory NFT economy.
$200,000: This early-stage infrastructure project team is focused on creating decentralized, democratic communication protocols for satellites and spacecraft in near-Earth orbit and beyond. They seek a grant to launch a decentralized data marketplace for Earth Observation (EO) data and to support the development of a new Satellite-based Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (sDePIN), along with multiple innovative subcomponents aimed at improving space satellite operations, facilitating data exchange between EO data providers and consumers, and establishing an efficient data transfer network in space with a new decentralized Internet of satellites.
πππΎ -> Any of these might be a good fit for a more detailed proposal?
p.s. I'd also like to hear whether the community positively receives this approach to 'floating' ideas to gauge interest and support levels for pre-qualified projects we are working with before pushing forward with a formal proposal.
