The aim of this proposal is to open a bi-directional HRMP channel between Statemint and Composable. Composable's parachain ID is 2019 which is used in HRMP calls for channel opening.

This channel will be used to obtain native stablecoins in the Composable ecosystem.

The batch_all contains:

• A force_transfer of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Composable to Statemint.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Statemint to Composable.
