Treasury Proposal: Polkadot Bounty Manager UI Development

We want to make a treasury proposal in the coming weeks to develop an interface to simplify all things bounty related. Below you can see the context and some information about our planned project. We would appreciate your feedback and suggestions related to it.

Context & Objective

We want to develop a user-friendly interface to interact with Polkadot Bounties without the need to use the polkadot.js apps. The interface will be useful for curators, proposers and beneficiaries, simplifying all processes and actions necessary for the user.
More information on the requirements document.

The idea was formed after hearing complaints from curators, that it has been difficult to navigate and properly manage their bounties, because the currently available tools are not created with non-technical users in mind.

We have also collaborated and consulted with the development team of Ordum (Kusama proposal #4), to integrate our solution into their future release, to result in a single touch point about anything public grant and bounty related for the user.

Team

The team from galaniprojects GmbH will consist of Frontend development, Project Management, Design and Q/A personnel.
Our teams have had experience in developing projects for the Polkadot ecosystem, including the Sporran wallet, CTypeHub, DIDsign and SocialKYC for Kilt Protocol.

We have already started work on developing a proof-of-concept and we will be able to start with implementation as soon as we see positive results on the referendum. Our projected timeline is to have the system ready to implement early in Q4 2024.

Budget

We have estimated the effort to develop the complete application at a total cost of 39,300 DOT.
The detailed budget breakdown will be included in our proposal.
