The Bittensor project participated in Auction #36, however it was unfortunately using the incorrect para ID in its genesis WASM (para ID 2096) due to previously obtaining para ID 2096.
We have explored all solutions to this problem and it appears that there is no way to have the chain produce blocks when its lease begins unless we update the genesis head. Therefore, we've created this proposal to update the genesis head from 2096 to 2097 using forceSetCurrentHead.
