The v9270 runtime is based on the same release as the Polkadot/Kusama v9270 runtimes. For both Statemint and Statemine, this release introduces the ability to buy and sell NFTs in the Uniques pallet, introduced in this PR. For Statemine only, this release also allows the use of sufficient assets to pay XCM fees. This feature will run on Statemine before making its way to Statemint; Statemint does not have any assets deemed sufficient yet, so not having it there will not affect current interactions.
