A New Batch Of HRMP Channels: HydraDX, Kapex, Ajuna, Pendulum, Litentry

Five more parachains have requested an HRMP channel opening with Statemint. This motion accepts them all and opens return channels - the following calls aim to be executed on this proposal for each of the parachains:

• A force_transfer of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from [ParaID] to Statemint (1,000).
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Statemint (1,000_ to [ParaID].
