Up until this point the treasury has funded various educational programs aimed at speeding the adoption of our technology, however, funding has been directed at creating and hosting the programs and has left participants to cover their own costs of attendance/participation. This limits the ability of some talented individuals who happen to live in socio-economically disadvantaged circumstances to participate in such events, which in turn stifles creation and adoption of the Polkadot ecosystem.
