Polkadot India, a pan India community of Substrate developers, submitted a proposal for vote to further educate the Indian blockchain community about Polkadot and Substrate. The team is requesting funding for the next set of 3 DotFriday Webinars and 6 Substrate Bootcamps - context, milestones and budget can be found on the proposal below. They have received funding for this before with great results (the report on the latest status report can be found HERE).

Total grant requested as in the proposal and as a sum of above: 6026.9 DOT - the team made a mistake on the first submission and this is the reason why two proposals are now up for vote. To ease the work of Council, I have combined them in one batchAll call.
