Hello Polkadot Treasury
RadiumBlock is an aspiring Web3 infrastructure service provider focused on the Dotsama ecosystem. We would like to submit a treasury proposal for the maintenance of radiumblock.com's validator snapshot service for Q1 2022. The snapshot service provides both polkadot and kusama snapshots. The detailed proposal can be found here.
Although this service benefits both Polkadot and Kusama communities, we believe that the amount is reasonable enough to request it from the Polkadot Treasury. We plan to alternate between Kusama and Polkadot treasury per quarter.
Very much in the spirit of decentralization, we have explicitly tried to provide both geographical as well as infrastructure provider diversity. Here is a summary table of the snapshot providers and information about their infra and geographical we compiled(to the best of our knowledge).

Based on instructions we have adjusted the DOT amount to 100 DOT using todays DOT rate (EMA30) from https://polkadot.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=price
Given the increased volatility we have seen the last few days we have slightly adjusted the slippage to 8%(vs 5% listed in our original proposal).
